To Download "Windows Media Player 10"

1. Visit http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/mp10/default.aspx 

2. Find the icon "Windows Media Player 10" then click on "Download Now."

3. Microsoft will determine which media player is the correct one for your O/S.

4. Again click on "Download Now" and choose "Save" to your "Desktop."

5. After it has downloaded, close the window and go to your "Desktop."

6. Double click the icon titled "MPSetup.exe" - This will install Windows Media Player.

To Download "Apple Quicktime 7" media player

1. Visit http://www.apple.com/quicktime/player/win.html 

2. Click on "Free Download" on the right side of the page

3.When a new page appears, click on "Free Download Now" under the email address box and choose "Save" to your "Desktop."

4. After it has downloaded, close the window and go to your "Desktop."

5. Double click the icon titled "iTunesSetup.exe" - This will install the Apple Quicktime Player.
